That’s what you wanted to say”, - I tried to tell her. “No", - the blond angel said

with confidence, - "I meant exactly what I have just said. My life is singing. Because

it takes every part of me and everything around”… Since that first meeting with

little angel, two years have passed. Two years of a very interesting, intensive and

hard work together, what made out of a blond curled girl a professional pop artist

– R-OXOLANA, with excellent voice abilities, endless creative ideas, with incredible

power and energy to work a lot and first of all to work for creative development of

yourself. Honestly, at the first stage it was not so easy for Roxy to mix her studying

at the college with working at the studio. As turned out, life is also just a life and has a

usual daily schedule of “musts”. But it seems that Roxy wasn’t afraid of it, visiting the

studio late evenings for rehearsals after her lectures at the college were finished.

Apart from that, her new “career” schedule included vocal trainings, and also English

language lessons to

be able to sing international songs, as well as dance class. Sometimes I was surprised

myself how much this girl was hungry for all these activities, even for every new unknown

word for her ears. Just like she didn’t want to miss anything and learn more. When Roxy

got her first “portion” of music knowledge, time had come for the first public performances.

“I want to perform, I want to perform, I want to perform”, - Roxy repeated every minute in

singing manners. Never, never did I see her trembling neither before her first performance

nor before all the further ones. Even in that performance, when her microphone was suddenly

disconnected in the middle of the song, she just started to dance on the stage so that people

thought that it was the planned part of the show. Now R-Oxolana is very great and well-experienced

in practically every way of artist activity as recording and photo sessions, audiences, promo activity,

and concerts. But looking to the past I always remember her funny saying, which has a great and deep

sense: “My life is singing”. Indeed everything, what she was or is doing, takes every part of her, because

it comes from her nature. That’s not “one momentary desire” or just a childish dream to be a star. That’s

really her life, her singing.

R-Oxolana performed the Christmas song "Where is My Santa" with the group Multi

 (see a review here), and performed "Out of Self Control (Mission to the Moon)"

with another artist in a duo called "Roxylight", a hip hop song and video that was

extremely popular, as shown by this review:

“ For about half a year the mass media in Saratov was overflowing with talk that Anna C. Nova (Producer,

Songwriter, Artist) was producing a new song, which gives a start to a totally new grandiose project. …

At last it has come true ! The premier of the song took place in a final gala concert on the central square

of Saratov dedicated to The Day Of The City and it was the real treat to all Saratov people. The public was

The video for Out of Self Control recently peaked at #2 on Musicrush.com. R-Oxolana also

performed solo pop songs "Much More" (which got 5 stars on www.christmasreviews.com)

and "Heart in your Hands", which are in the album Best of Nova, and recently released a new

hip hop single, "Are You in the Game (Boys against Girls)". She has won prizes in several

competitions. What a versatile artist!
