 DASHA Dasha just recorded a new song, "Just One Night," comiining pop. rock, disco and hip hop. Click HERE to listen.  D A S H A is a young, new-born, pop star from Russia: talented, beautiful, sexy, ambitious – the combination of all the features and qualities that each real artist must have. Dasha naturally has an unforgettable voice which makes her immediately recognizable, but is also a very well-educated musician. She finished music college, she is a very good piano player, she sang in chorus and various bands and took part into theatre and musical performances. For several years, Dasha was going for classical choreography which turned out to be a very good basis for becoming a good dancer.
Dasha started her professional music career in the music action “Music Bridge,” (discussed on the Anna C. Nova page) where she attracted attention of the producer Anna C. Nova. “At the first sight and first listening to Dasha’s singing, I got that she is something very special. She is very natural... Her performing manners don’t give an impression that it’s all false gold made by the hands of million profits. She doesn’t need to pretend that she is a big star or she is better then she is, because she is so really great,"- Anna said.
Together with Anna, Dasha recorded three singles written and produces by Anna C. Nova. First of them “I Will Be There (For Love)” was included to “Best of Nova” CD compilation and highly attracted attention of the listeners with her charming voice and dynamic tech dance sound. Another single, “Again Again Again,” was inspired by Dieter Bohlen’s “Romeo & Juliet,” which became her real breakthrough and landed top positions of the various pop charts. Dasha's brand new single, “Just One Night,” is a very original mix of pop, disco, rock and hip hop music. One hardly can find a more catchy and bright dancing pop song which combines so many different styles in one production.
Anna C. Nova said: “I’m totally impressed about Dasha’s vocal potentiality. It seems that there is no music style what Dasha can’t sing. In her repertoire, apart of pop music, she has rock and hip hop music, ballad songs, full speed dance as well as classical music. She can start her vocal rehearsals with songs by Michael Jackson and then easily switch over to musical like 'Phantom Of The Opera'. She likes it all and can do that well. Of course, we use such a great potential in writing original music for her. That’s why the songs written for Dasha are so multi-sounded”.
At the moment, Dasha is studying at the University and at the same time her schedule is full of work at the studio, concerts, audiences and promo activity. Dasha is a kind of artist who is extremely loved by the public and critic. The local press writes “Dasha can be romantic and so classical and the same time she’s kidding, dancing, but always elegant in all manners and so professional in everything what she is doing”.
Apart of music, Dasha is keen on cinematography and it seems that it’s very serious. “If somebody offered me to act in a movie I would accept it with a great pleasure. As to my greatest ambition, I would love to make my own movie in he veins of 'Garry Potter', 'The 10th Kingdom' and 'The Lord Of The Rings'”. The real Young Lady from dream !
